Prof. Surya Palacios
Prof. Surya Palacios is an expert in Constitutional Law and Amparo, Civil and Corporate Law, Mediation, Risk Prevention, Contracts and Real Estate Leasing. She is currently a lawyer at Possetto Palacios, Legal Consulting.
She has a degree in Sociology from the University of Guadalajara, a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She studied the School of Journalism at the Autonomous University of Madrid
Prof. José David Contreras Núñez
Prof. José David Contreras Núñez is a specialist in civil litigation and leases, as well as different branches of law, such as: Civil, Family, Mercantile, Labor, Bureaucratic, Corporate, Fiscal, Administrative and Amparo.
Currently Founding Member of Legalitá Corporativo Jurídico and of the management company Legalidad Administradora de Inmuebles. As well as Certified Mediator by the Institute of Alternative Justice of the State of Jalisco.
Prof. Gaspar Machorro
Prof. Gaspar Machorro is a specialist at IMSS-SIROC in the construction field.
He is currently a Tax Advisor in the private sector in strategic tax areas, a specialist in PDL compliance. Public Accountant and Master in Contributions from BUAP.
Lic. Roberto Ibarra López
Graduate in Law from the Universidad Panamericana, specializing in Civil Law, Obligations and Contracts as well as Constitutional Law and Amparo, from the same Universidad Panamericana and Diploma in Classical Humanities from the Center for Humanities and Sciences, Salamanca, Spain.
Founder of Lawgic and current director of the teaching area at Lawgic Lessons and the area of Strategic Litigation and corporate structuring.
Dr. Dora Gabriela Navarro
Dr. Dora Gabriela Navarro is a Doctor of Law from the International Institute of Law and State.
She is currently Director at Estudio Legal de Mediación y Arbitraje SC and mediator accredited by the Alternative Justice Institute of the state of Jalisco. She has a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana, as well as a specialty in Civil and Family Law.
Prof. Antonio Castillo Ochoa
Master in Corporate Law and Business Development from the same house of studies, specializing in Law of Obligations and Contracts, as well as Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, lawyer specializing in litigation, immigration law and intellectual property.
He is currently a partner at Legal Solutions México, serving as Director of the Strategic Litigation Area.
Prof. Martín Jorge González
Law graduate from the University of Guadalajara with experience in family, civil and commercial litigation since 2014.
He is Legal Director of Sauza Abogados, SC, where he directs the Family Law and Litigation areas, and coordinates the Private International Law and Immigration Law areas.
Dr. Enrique Regil
Dr. José Enrique Regil Vargas is a PhD from the Panamerican University, Guadalajara campus. He has served as Legal Adviser to the Legal Department, Legal Advice Manager, Legal Manager, Legal Deputy Director and Legal Director of Banca Serfin, SA
He was General Director of the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of the State of Jalisco. He accredited the Specialties in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law and Corporate Law at the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara.

Prof Álvaro Ousset Martínez is a specialist in Criminal Law. Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana.
He is currently an Associate at Rodríguez López Abogados, a legal firm specialized in Criminal-Business Law, which focuses on legal advice on property, tax, financial, bankruptcy and environmental crimes, among others.

Es licenciado en Derecho y Licenciado en Contaduría y Finanzas Públicas, con maestría en Estrategias Fiscales e Impositivas, experto en asesoría corporativa y litigio empresarial (civil, mercantil, laboral, administrativo y fiscal).

The judicial eviction or eviction process of a delinquent tenant due to non-payment is one of the most common problems in our country and this lesson will address strategies that speed it up, such as transaction agreements or alternative justice.

Tax Obligations in the Lease
The tax obligations of the owner or landlord and the tenant during the lease period will be examined, as well as the alternative tax regimes for landlords. In particular, the issue of CFDI will be addressed as proof of rent payment and its legal repercussions when charging delinquent tenants.

Extrajudicial eviction: criminal repercussions
In this pre-recorded session, the criminal consequences of carrying out an "extra judicial" eviction, that is, an eviction without due legal process, will be discussed.
